OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA/ SNORING

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a sleep disorder characterized by repeated episodes of partial or complete blockage of the upper airway during sleep. This results in disrupted breathing, reduced oxygen levels, and frequent awakenings throughout the night. Common symptoms include loud snoring, gasping for air during sleep, daytime fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and mood changes. OSA can lead to serious health issues if left untreated, including high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, and increased risk of stroke.
