EXCESSIVE CLENCHING
Excessive clenching, also known as bruxism, is a condition where a person involuntarily clenches or grinds their teeth, typically during sleep or periods of stress. This repetitive action can cause various issues, including tooth wear, jaw muscle pain, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, headaches, and even cracked teeth. Clenching can be a response to stress, anxiety, or other factors.
